One bedroom apartment back half of house with private entrance. Small well-appointed space. The house has been split with a dividing wall so you may hear the front neighbors from time to time. Being this close to the hospital also means a fair number of ambulances passing very nearby can get a bit loud outside, but if you need to be near the hospital for work or medical treatments you can walk to the hospital.

Cute space that is equipped with a queen bed, bathroom, small kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Students and remote workers will appreciate a writing desk and fiber optic internet. The living room is furnished with a queen pull-out sofa sleeper and Fire TV. There's a full-size stacked washer and dryer, and a furnished outdoor patio with a gas grill perfect for hanging out. The 12,000 BTU mini split heat pump gives you independent control of your heating and cooling your not at the mercy of the thermostat in the front unit set your temperature wherever you like.

Park out front anywhere on the street enter through the front gate and follow the sidewalk around to the side gate. The entrance to this unit is on the side of the house and use the electronic keypad lock on the door.

I'm always available by text email or phone I operate a handyman business out of the back driveway and garage so you may see me or one of my employees from time to time dropping off tools or picking up tools from the garage.

I love this neighborhood there's no shortage of great restaurants within walking distance plus a couple of local supermarkets and shops. This busy, densely populated, urban community is very close to a large hospital. you are super close to everything.

The simplest way to get around is by car but we have very easy access to public transit combine that with a bicycle and it makes it a super simple 7-minute walk to the bus stop or a 2-minute bike ride

This is a shared home divided in half you might hear the neighbors on the other side of the wall. This home books for 31 or more days at a great nightly rate with a low cleaning fee. On-street parking is the only option no driveway or garage. This is an older home in a very active neighborhood. There are 2 large public schools at either end of the street. North Aurora is the oldest part of the city and it may not be for everybody but we loved living here before leaving colorado for a warmer climate. Quite hours are from 11 P.M. until 8 A.M. guests should not Park in the rear driveway or alleyway. Security cameras are on the exterior of the home.
